Studio Workshop

Studio Workshop was founded in 2010 by Julia Guther and Saira Hussain and is based in Berlin and Frankfurt.

Having met in 2010 at a major Berlin advertising agency, they discovered their joint love of minimalist graphic design and came up with the idea of setting up their own business. Soon after a new team was born, named after what takes place whenever they sit down together in one of their studios. The result of their collaboration is always an extremely clear and simple visual language. A look at their portfolio will give you a good idea.

Studio Workshop is a blend of a wide array of design skills. Whereas Julia has studied Visual Communication, Architecture and Illustration in Bristol and Berlin, Saira graduated in Industrial Design from HfG Offenbach. After that both have gained experience working at large agencies with an international client base, as well as freelancing for independent design studios.

Studio Workshop thus offers a broad range of services: from art direction, brand identity, print and packaging, to book design and editorial, cover art, illustration and exhibition design.
